Every UAE will has two costs: the fee for preparing it and the court’s own fee for registering it. Here are both, for a single will and for mirror wills, with nothing left to find out later.

The court fee is set by the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and paid directly to the court, never to MyHaven.

Optional: ADGM fast-track
An optional fast-track notarization, 570 AED per will, on top of the court’s fee. It speeds the process up; the will and the registration are the same either way. Your case owner talks you through whether it is worth it once your draft is ready.
Changing your will later
A will is not permanent, and life changes. Changes after registration are quoted case by case, because the work depends on what is changing and how far along your will is. Your case owner tells you what is involved before anything is charged.
How the three UAE registries compare
There are three main routes for registering a will in the UAE, with different eligibility, coverage and government fees. MyHaven prepares wills for the ADJD route.

How much does a will cost in Dubai?
Two figures, paid to two different people. Our service fee for a single will is 699 AED, and the ADJD's registration fee is 950 AED. A will registered with the ADJD covers your assets across all seven emirates, so a Dubai resident registers there in the ordinary case.
What is included in the service fee?
Guided questions that adapt to your family, your will drafted from your answers, a named case owner who reads it before you do, the certified Arabic translation the court needs, changes until it says what you mean, and guidance all the way to registration.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The service fee is shown before you pay and it does not move afterwards. The court's registration fee is the one cost that sits outside it, and the court charges and receives it. The optional ADGM fast-track is the only add-on, and it is your choice.
