1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Haven Group Digital Services (FZC) (“MyHaven”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses and otherwise processes personal data when you access or use the MyHaven Platform and Services.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you”, “your” or “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform or Services.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Platform or Services. You may contact us using the details provided in this Privacy Policy if you have any questions or concerns regarding the processing of your personal information and data.

2. What We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number and password or authentication credentials.
2.2 Information Provided for the Preparation of Your Will
When you use the Platform and Services, we collect the following information for the purposes of providing the Services and preparing your Will:
- Personal and identity details: full name, date of birth, marital status, nationality, passport or Emirates ID numbers, email address, telephone number and residential address;
- Eligibility information: information required to determine your eligibility for the Services, including information relating to your age, nationality, residency status and other applicable eligibility requirements;
- Will content: details of your beneficiaries, executors, trustees, guardians, assets, specific gifts and distribution wishes, together with other information and instructions you provide for the preparation of your Will;
- Guardianship information: where your Will includes guardianship provisions, identifying details about the minors for whom guardianship is being designated, such as their name, date of birth and relationship to you, used solely for the preparation and administration of the relevant provisions of your Will; and
- Documents: copies of documents you provide in connection with the Services, including identity documents, supporting documents, drafts, translated versions and signed copies of your Will.
2.3 Sensitive Personal Data
Some of the information described above (including nationality, passport or Emirates ID details, and information relating to guardianship of minors) may constitute Sensitive Personal Data under applicable law. We process such data only where necessary for the preparation of your Will and related Services with appropriate safeguards.
2.4 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, log data and usage information, including through cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 8 below.
3. Payment Information
- Payment and transaction information is processed through our third-party payment service providers. When you make a payment for the Services, you may be required to provide your credit or debit card details or other payment information directly to the relevant payment service provider.
- MyHaven does not collect or store your full credit or debit card details. Your payment information is processed and stored by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy.
- We may receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, amount paid, transaction reference and other information necessary to confirm and administer your payment and provide the Services.
- Third-party payment service providers operate independently from MyHaven. We recommend that you review their applicable terms and privacy policies before completing a transaction.
4. How We Use Your Information and Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- to create, prepare and provide the Services requested by you, including preparing your Will and arranging any required translation or related documentation;
- to process payments and provide payment confirmations and receipts;
- to communicate with you regarding your account, Will, application, registration process and other matters relating to the Services;
- to respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
- to verify information and documents provided by you where necessary for the provision of the Services; and
- to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or governmental requirements.
6. Data Security & Retention
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption, access controls and secure storage, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
While we take reasonable measures to protect personal data in accordance with standard industry practice, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data.
We retain personal data, including Sensitive Personal Data, only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services, to comply with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations under UAE law.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law and any legal or regulatory requirements that require us to retain certain information.
Recommendations to Protect Your Data
MyHaven will never ask you to confirm your bank account or payment card details by email. If you receive an email purporting to be from MyHaven asking you to do so, please do not respond and report it to us using the contact details below.
If you are using a shared or public device, we recommend that you always log out and close your browser session once you have finished using the Platform. We also recommend that you keep your account password confidential, as anyone who has access to it may be able to access your account.
7. Automated Processing
Where automated tools or artificial intelligence technologies are used as part of the Services, they may process the information you provide to assist with functions such as document preparation, data extraction or other service-related activities.
Such tools are used to support the Services and do not replace your responsibility to review the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents provided to you, including your final Will, before signing or submitting it.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable UAE data protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
These rights are subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including our obligation to retain certain information for legal, regulatory or record-keeping purposes. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before processing your request.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment providers or governmental websites. Third-party websites and services operate independently from MyHaven and may have their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend that you review those policies before providing personal data to third parties.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MyHaven reserves the right to update, amend, modify and/or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Platform, Services, practices, applicable laws or regulatory requirements. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy regularly to remain informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the Platform or Services will constitute your acknowledgement of the revised Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
